Shipping Policy
All of skimi products are either handmade, or designed and printed using sustainable materials and held as stock in Bristol. I aim to make, pack and send all orders within 3-4 working days, but might take a bit longer during busy periods like Christmas. If you need something sooner, then please get in touch and I'll see what I can do!
All giclee prints, are printed and dispatched by Niche Frames in Bristol using 320gsm Smooth Fine Art paper, which is 100% cotton and acid free. There is a £6 flat rate for shipping on these orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
I aim to make and package products with care, but if for whatever reason you're not happy with your oder or it's damaged then please contact me within 30 days of ordering and I can organise a replacement. It may be helpful to see photos of the damage and I may ask for the product back to assess the problem.
If you would like to return your order, and you have contacted me within 30 days, you can return it unopened and undamaged. A refund will be issued once the product has been received, excluding the cost of postage.
